Welcome to all of my fellow Wood Fired Fanatics! My name is Angela and I am a former picky eater turned wannabe foodie who loves pizza, cooking, and most of all entertaining. Brick oven wood fired cooking truly combines all of these things in our household.
I started this blog in 2017 because it is difficult to find good, unbiased wood fired cooking information! While getting started we had to search many, many sites to learn about this type of cooking. Many sites are directly connected to a product in some way. They have a lot to offer but most of it being very product focused. This blog is meant to take some of the mystery out of choosing an oven, building a fire, and creating delicious food in your own home.
